Plan and execute procurement activities for drilling and exploration materials and
services.
Prepare tender documents and participate in tendering, clarification, technical
and commercial evaluation processes.
Conduct negotiations and support contract award and finalization.
Ensure procurement activities align with Overall Contracting Strategy (OCS) and
project schedules.
Monitor Approved Contract Value (ACV) utilization and coordinate contract
extension or amendment processes.
Perform commercial risk assessments and monitor market trends and supplier
landscape.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
and conditions.
Prepare and support Tender Committee and Management Committee
documentation.
Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on tendering and contracting
matters.
University/Master’s Degree in business administration, commercial, technical, or another related field.
Professional qualification in purchasing/procurement and contract management.
English: IELTS: 6.0 or equivalents
