Plan and execute maintenance for static equipment to ensure reliability and availability.
Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance via CMMS.
Provide technical support through performance analysis and RCFA.
Act as Technical Authority for lifting equipment, SCE, MOC, ORA, and deferrals.
Supervise maintenance teams and contractors.
Participate in HAZID/HAZOP, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
Manage spare parts and maintenance planning.
Support budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement and reliability programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5–8 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance/engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas.
Knowledge of static equipment, CMMS, SCE, MOC, ORA, RCFA, HAZID/HAZOP, and commissioning (FAT/SAT).
Experience in both operations and project/design is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with contractor management experience.
