Manage and support overall tax compliance and tax accounting activities, including Royalty, Export Duty, CIT, VAT, FCWT, and Business License Tax.
Support tax governance, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Manage production allocation, production statements, reports, analysis, and forecasts in accordance with PSC/JOA requirements.
Support the Tax Leader and supervise the Tax team.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including PVN, auditors, partners, and tax authorities.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and identify potential tax optimization opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in tax, particularly in tax compliance and tax accounting.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese taxation, especially VAT, CIT, Royalty, FCWT, and Export Duty.
Oil & Gas experience, particularly in taxation and PSC production allocation, is highly desirable.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SunSystems is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team supervision skills.
