Primary Objective: As an FM Foreman, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage Fabric Maintenance (FM) operations on offshore drilling rigs. Your role encompasses various crucial tasks:

1. Supervision and Coordination:

• Supervise and lead a team involved in all aspects of Fabric Maintenance, including surface preparation, coating application, PFP (Passive Fire Protection) applications, and basic insulation tasks.
• Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project timelines.

2. Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to FM procedures, industry standards, and safety regulations during surface preparation, coating, PFP, and insulation applications.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with safety protocols.

3. Team Training and Development:

• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team members to enhance their skills in fabric maintenance practices, safety protocols, and ToolBox Talks (TBT).
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices within the team.

4. Client Interface and Reporting:

• Act as a point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction regarding Fabric Maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on FM operations, progress, and any required documentation.
