Coordinate, manage and document the arrival, storage and dispatch of equipment and material at the COMPANY’s supply base/yard.
Manage the handling, including lifting of equipment and Material to promote safe and efficient handling.
Manage the issuance of, and track, equipment and materials to support the drilling and completion operations, both to the Rig and to Third Service Company as may be necessary.
Ensure that all Dangerous Goods are packed and handled in accordance with appropriate IATA/IMDG regulations.
Maintain an up to date inventory of all equipment and material, including condition and location.
Assist the Logistics Supervisor in tracking cost of material and equipment issued/returned.
Assist and Support Logistics Supervisor, to whom the Materials Coordinator will be responsible, to facilitate efficient handling and storage of equipment and material to and from the Rig.
Will be required to work on an on call basis 24/7 as the operation requires.
