– Supervisor’s responsibility and qualification are described as follows:
• Conduct O&M tasks as per his discipline. In one routine team, there is no technician duplicating discipline with his supervisor.
• Act as focal point for CONTRACTOR’s O&M Personnel on matters relating to mobilization, demobilization, social issues, etc.
• Able to use English fluently for daily work.
• Act as deputy On-Scene Commander (OCS) in emergency.
• Report to CLIENT’s Operation Executive / Field Superintendent, assist him in supervision of O&M activities in Thai Binh field:
✓ Plan for routine O&M activities.
✓ Lead to conduct frequent site report and audit as operational procedure requirements, such as monthly PPM reporting, monthly plant general inspection (PGI), inventory reporting…
• Act as Field Superintendent’s roles as and when requested. Once Field Superintendent is
absent, he will act as OSC for Thai Binh field as and when requested. Scope of OSC is as CLIENT’s emergency response plan.
– Vietnamese citizen.
– Have at least five (05) year working experience in production facilities and three (03) year offshore production facilities.
– At least two (03) years in upstream Gas production, i.e. operating Offshore Wellhead Platform, or/and remote control platform.
– Candidate shall own vocational training certificate, 3 years training program and above.
Note: Experience for project, modification, repair, shutdown-turnaround or ad-hoc
maintenance will not be considered.
– Have multi-skilled with crane operations:
• 50% head count of O&M team have offshore crane operations certificates at first
mobilization.
• Others own certificates related to crane operations: rigger, deck foreman.
– Shall own occupational electrical certificate to handle/isolate voltage up to 500V.
• Qualification & Training requirements:
✓ Bachelor in engineering in once area of production or E&I or mechanical.
✓ Trained for management of major emergency (MME). MME certificate shall be
submitted within 06 weeks from Mobilization Date.
• Experience:
✓ Experienced in role of team leader or supervisor for at least two (02) years.
✓ Be familiar and took roles in emergency response.
