Job Description :

Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities developed by technicians for all electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within the designated area. Act as the focal point for the daily electrical maintenance execution plan.
Ensure technicians comply with and apply LSP’s Safety and Quality procedures during the execution of electrical maintenance activities.
Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
Receive work directions from the electrical maintenance team regarding maintenance orders/requests and translate these directions into actionable tasks for technicians assigned to the area.
Follow up on electrical maintenance work progress, submit regular progress reports to the electrical maintenance team with recommendations, and maintain records of daily maintenance works against planned programs.
Work closely with the electrical maintenance team to recommend and implement changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of electrical/instrument systems within the designated area.
Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to electrical equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of electrical systems.
Enforce LSP’s policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all safety measures are adhered to.
Monitor and supervise ongoing jobs, updating progress to the Superintendent, and attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
Maintain strict compliance with LSP standards and guidelines and ensure personnel have the necessary skills, training, resources, equipment, and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities safely and effectively, according to contract terms and conditions.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in Oil & Gas, FPSO/FSO, Power/petroleum/petrochemical plant, or equivalent with at least one similar project.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance management in refinery or petrochemical plants.
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills within large organizations, including maturity of judgment under pressure and problem-solving ability.
Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance principles and procedures.
Strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environmental preservation.
Proficient in oral and written English.
