| 1. Maintenance | * Allocate maintenance activities to various Craftmans and assemble the team.
* Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Supervisor. * Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability. * Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work. * Provide technical advice to Supervisor and Craftsmen to use proper tools and equipment. * Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job. * Ensure that SAP (CMMS) data input, history and actual hours are maintained. * Monitor and supervise all ongoing jobs, and update the progress to Superintendent. * Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings. * Maintain strict compliance with LSP standards and guidelines. |
| 2. HSE | * Conduct Tool box talk before commencing work.
* Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to LSP standards. * Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts. * Participates in Safety audits. |
| 3. Training | * Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
* Identify the training requirements for Craftsmen. |
| Education | Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent experience and training. |
| Experience | Min 3 years experience as maintenance of Rotating equipment such as Various types of Pumps & Compressors, Steam and Gas turbines, Gear boxes, Conveyors, Fin fans, Safety valves, Alignment techniques, etc. |
| Technical Skills | Assist in analysis of reoccurrence of Mechanical failures and recommend for corrective action. |
| Required Personal Attributes | * Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
* Proven leadership skills with large organizations * Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems * An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment |
