Primary Objective: As an Onshore Coordinator / FM Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the delivery of Fabric Maintenance (FM) operations in the offshore drilling sector. Your role encompasses various crucial tasks:

1. Leadership and Management:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of Fabric Maintenance activities, overseeing both execution production and quality control procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effective and efficient execution of FM tasks.

2. Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance:

• Utilize your extensive experience and technical expertise in coatings and Fabric Maintenance to set and maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections, ensuring compliance with NACE Level III or equivalent certifications and industry best practices.

3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the FM process.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure service delivery aligns with their expectations.

4. Safety and Quality Advocacy:

• Drive a culture of safety and quality excellence, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and stringent quality standards within the team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in safety and quality practices to enhance overall performance.
