Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description :

  • Provide legal advice and support on all matters related to the Company’s agribusiness and carbon-offset activities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supply, offtake, MoU, project agreements, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain legal documentation, corporate records, and governance processes
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical risk mitigation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, HSE, Procurement, etc.)

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent is an advantage)
  • At least 5 years of experience as Legal Counsel or in a similar role
  • Experience working in multinational or large corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of both civil law and common law systems
  • Experience in agribusiness, carbon markets, or oil & gas is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
