Senior Project PSCM Specialist

Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for project requirements
Manage end-to-end contracting process (pre-award & post-award) including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance performance and value delivery
Support project teams in procurement planning, contract risk management, and supplier performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulations

Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement & contracts, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas
Strong experience in sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
