– Bachelor/Master degree in Marine Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

– Have at least 10 years of experience in the upstream O&G industry, related to shore base operation.

– Have knowledge of offshore drilling, be able to understand the well design & its requirement, be familiar with drilling rigs.

– Have experience in setting up the drilling and production shore base.

– Good understanding of relevant maritime, aviation, land transportation regulations and standards.

– Proficient in English and communication skill.
