Marine Sales & Operations Executive

Job Description :

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio within the marine and shipping industry.

Promote and sell marine services, including ship repair, maintenance, inspection, and related technical services.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities independently.

Manage projects from quotation through completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and provide regular updates to clients.

Ensure all project reports, service documentation, and records are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the marine, shipping, maritime services, or sales industry.

Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and successfully close sales deals.

Experience in ship repair, marine services, or related technical services is an advantage.

Strong sales, business development, and account management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work across different time zones when required.

Valid driving license.
