Manage the end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for materials, equipment, and services supporting offshore and onshore drilling operations.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely supply, cost efficiency, and compliance with operational requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery performance.

Manage the issuance and execution of Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with project schedules, operational requirements, and budget controls.

Conduct supplier prequalification processes and ensure suppliers comply with company HSE, quality, and performance requirements.

Monitor supplier performance through regular evaluations, audits, and site visits when required.

Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of procurement contracts, service agreements, and long-term supply agreements.

Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to optimize costs and improve overall procurement efficiency.

Implement cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, order consolidation, price negotiation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvement.

Coordinate with logistics teams and operational sites to ensure timely delivery of materials, manage backload activities, and handle repair-return materials.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.

Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, supplier documentation, and communications.

Collaborate with Rig Managers, Operations Teams, Project Teams, and Finance Departments to align procurement activities with operational priorities.

Participate in operational meetings to forecast material requirements and proactively identify potential supply chain risks.

Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
