Manage Jetty Operations with respect to Loadouts and Backloads of Marine Supply Vessels.
Ensure all operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure that all equipment and materials requested to be transported offshore are accounted for and loaded.
Manage bulk transfers of MGO, Pot Water, Brine, Cement etc.
Ensure all RN HSSE Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
Act as the main focal point between Vessels Operations, Service Companies for Bulk and Rental Equipment loading and RN Drilling Logistics.
Organise Contractor Mobile Plant as required and ensure all plant is fit for purpose.
Ensure all Lifting Gear is of a suitable rating and in certification prior to carrying out Lifting Operations.
Complete Manifests and packing lists accurately and ensure they are transmitted to Materials Coordinator onshore and offshore and hard and soft copies filed.
