● Accurately mark up technical drawings, including floor plans and RCPs, based on
client specifications.
● Maintain clear, organised records of all drawings, ensuring accessibility and
traceability.
● Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on project
requirements.
● Ensure timely completion of all tasks, adhering to a strict 18-hour turnaround time for
drawing markups.
● Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
● Strong understanding of technical drawings, building plans, and related
documentation.
● High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all markups and records.
● Ability to interpret and implement client changes based on written instructions
effectively.
● Excellent communication skills for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight
deadlines.
● Previous experience in Quantity Surveying, Drafting, or a similar technical position
is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates eager to learn and grow
within the role.
