Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Aviation Policy and applicable aviation regulations at all times.
Coordinate personnel transportation and accommodation arrangements within the country and between onshore locations and offshore rigs.
Manage and coordinate helicopter flight bookings for offshore personnel movements.
Coordinate and assist passengers and freight during check-in procedures at the heliport.
Support international travel arrangements and related requirements when necessary.
Prepare, compile, and distribute all documentation related to helicopter operations, ensuring passengers meet all offshore travel and training requirements.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and contractors to obtain Immigration Police Boarding Passes and maintain records of validity to ensure uninterrupted crew changes.
Ensure all Dangerous Goods transported by helicopter are packed, labelled, and handled in accordance with applicable IATA and IMDG regulations.
Support the Logistics Supervisor in facilitating efficient personnel transfers and transportation activities.
Provide backup support for the Admin Assistant role when required.
Participate in emergency response drills conducted at the Supply Base.
Be available to work on an on-call basis to support operational requirements.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3–5 years of logistics experience within the Vietnam Oil & Gas industry.
Valid IATA Dangerous Goods Handling Certificate.
Good knowledge of offshore personnel movement and helicopter logistics coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Physically fit and able to meet operational demands.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to changing operational requirements.
