Coordinate, manage, and document the receipt, storage, and dispatch of drilling equipment and materials at the Supply Base and designated storage yards.
Oversee the safe and efficient handling of equipment and materials, including lifting activities, in compliance with applicable procedures and safety requirements.
Manage the issuance, tracking, and movement of drilling and completion equipment and materials to support offshore drilling operations, including transfers to drilling rigs and third-party service providers.
Ensure all Dangerous Goods are packed, labelled, documented, and handled in accordance with applicable IATA and IMDG regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including equipment status, condition, quantities, and physical locations.
Assist the Logistics Supervisor in monitoring and tracking costs associated with the issuance, return, and utilization of materials and equipment.
Support the Logistics Supervisor in coordinating the efficient handling, storage, and transportation of equipment and materials to and from offshore installations.
Ensure all material transactions and inventory activities are properly documented and filed in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics service providers, and offshore stakeholders to maintain continuity of operations and timely material availability.
Participate in emergency response drills and contribute to maintaining operational readiness at the Supply Base.
Be available to work on a 24/7 on-call basis as required to support operational demands.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics and materials management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Sound knowledge of drilling and completion equipment, tools, consumables, and related services supporting offshore operations.
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials coordination in an offshore drilling environment.
Familiarity with lifting operations and safe handling practices for oilfield equipment and materials.
Good understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations, including IATA and IMDG requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Physically fit and capable of working in an operational supply base environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to urgent operational requirements.
