Riser Specialist

Design the Riser System: Ensure that the riser system is designed in strict accordance with all technical and safety standards.
Oversee Construction Activities: Manage the construction of the riser system on the FSO vessel, ensuring that all work progresses according to the design drawings and technical specifications.
Conduct Inspections and Quality Control: Implement inspection procedures and quality acceptance measures throughout the construction process and upon completion.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with teams from design, construction, HSSE, and Project Management to ensure smooth and effective task execution.
Resolve Technical Issues: Address and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the design and construction phases, providing timely and efficient solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Petroleum, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in designing and constructing riser systems on FSO/FPSO vessels or similar technical systems in offshore projects.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using design software specific to riser systems.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of technical standards and safety regulations related to riser systems.
Language: Proficient in English, with the ability to read and understand technical documents and communicate effectively with project managers and international clients.
Working Conditions: Availability for on-call, remote, or onsite work depending on project demands and client requirements.

Project Duration: Approximately 24 months, commencing in Q4 2024.
