Maintenance:

Allocate maintenance activities to various Craftmans and assemble the team.

Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Supervisor.

Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.

Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.

Provide technical advice to Supervisor and Craftsmen to use proper tools and equipment.

Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.

Ensure that SAP (CMMS) data input, history and actual hours are maintained.

Monitor and supervise all ongoing jobs, and update the progress to Superintendent.

Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Maintain strict compliance with LSP standards and guidelines.

HSE:

Conduct Tool box talk before commencing work.

Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to LSP standards.

Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.

Participates in Safety audits.

Training:

Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Identify the training requirements for Craftsmen.
