Develop, implement, and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERP), firefighting, and rescue procedures.
Coordinate and lead emergency response activities for fire, chemical spills, gas leaks, medical emergencies, and natural disasters.
Conduct emergency drills, training programs, and lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Inspect and maintain firefighting systems, rescue equipment, alarm systems, and PPE to ensure operational readiness.
Investigate emergency incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with contractors, security teams, and external authorities to ensure compliance with emergency response and firefighting requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Emergency Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in emergency response, firefighting, industrial safety, HSSE, or a related field within the petrochemical, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing, or heavy industrial sectors.
Sound knowledge of firefighting systems, rescue techniques, emergency response management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Good understanding of Vietnamese Fire Prevention & Fighting regulations and relevant international emergency response standards.
Experience in developing and implementing Emergency Response Plans (ERP), conducting emergency drills, and delivering firefighting and rescue training is preferred.
Experience coordinating with government authorities, including Fire Police, hospitals, local authorities, and contractors during emergency situations.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure during emergency situations.
Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
Certifications in Firefighting, Rescue Operations, First Aid, Incident Command System (ICS), or other relevant emergency response qualifications are an advantage.
Good command of English is preferred.
